As the Founder and Director of Matai Safety Solutions, I bring more than 15 years of experience across the security industry, delivering professional security services to government, corporate, construction, and community sectors. My commitment is to providing safe, reliable, and ethical security solutions while building strong relationships with our clients, our people, and the communities we serve. We believe that safety is built on trust, integrity, respect, and professionalism.

With more than 10 years of experience in the security industry, Joshua Afoa brings a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and community protection. Throughout his career, he has worked across a diverse range of security operations including gatehouse and access control management, mobile patrols, asset protection, crowd control, event security, and customer engagement.
Joshua is passionate about creating safe environments where people, businesses, and communities can thrive. Known for his calm presence, strong communication skills, and proactive approach, he believes that effective security is built on vigilance, respect, and trust.
Whether managing site access, conducting patrols, or overseeing large crowds, Joshua takes pride in representing the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring every person is treated with dignity and respect.
